“Our team needed to redo an old site that was not responsive and was crashing with too much traffic. Normally the process of creating a website is intimidating but Kathy was so easy to work with. She created a user-friendly, lively and fun site that can handle heavy use. She was happy to make all the tweaks we asked for during the process and then trained our volunteers to manage the site. It was a rewarding outcome and would not have been possible without Kathy’s expertise and calm demeanor.”
